Total monthly loss: 3.6 lbs

I’m going to put the weigh-ins under a break.

I’m frustrated because I ate less than maintenance all month (1,300-1,500 calories).  I think I’m going to up my calories & hopefully that does it.  Maybe I’m not eating enough… Gah!  The thought of eating more, not less, scares me… Don’t even think about telling me not to get so caught up in what the scale says.
