Motivation.

I want to be at 140 by my birthday.

That’s 15 lbs.  FIFTEEN.  Also known as a THREE POUND LOSS PER MONTH.

It SHOULDN’T BE THAT HARD.

And yet… I can’t seem to rediscover my motivation.  I’ve been working out.  I’ve been running.  But.  My eating’s been crap since Thanksgiving.  

Wahh.

I need something new. Or, actually, I think I need to go back to the old. What worked in the beginning, when I was actually losing weight. I know I can do this. I did it for 35 pounds. I can do it for 15 more.
