I fi-na-lly made my 2010 recap post and it is all queued up for tomorrow morning! :)

I’m going shoe shopping! I was thinking high heel ankle boots. Yes? Or should I go with just a plain high heel (I have some 4-inch patent leather round toe platform heels). Or do you have another suggestion?
After snowpocalypse, a lot of the roads were plowed but only a select few people decided it’d be a good idea to shovel their sidewalks.
My training says I have to run today, so I was all I can totally run through the snow and if I have to, I’ll run on the roads shoulder.

Snowed in!
We’re closing the office, so work was cancelled for tomorrow.
I have eaten so much these last few days, like whoa! And I don’t feel bad about any of it. Back on track tomorrow (today).
I ran 3 miles in the snow for my training in my new running tights! That was fun!
I also shredded twice today to make up for not shredding on Christmas. And I shoveled the walk. Hopefully...

Half marathon training (that I’m using for my 10-miler) is/was supposed to start today. I’m leaving Maryland now, so hopefully by the time I get home, the snow will have held off long enough for me to get my run in!

Yoga and Jillian Michaels.

Last week, I went for a run without my ankle brace on because well, I forgot. And I didn’t even notice because it didn’t hurt! Pain free! I was ecstatic.
The next two runs after that were ankle brace and pain free. I was obviously cured.
And then tonight, after one mile… Twinge of pain. I ignored it. 1.5 miles… A little more hurt. So, I stopped after mile two. ...
