Knee Problems & Target Adventures
I went to a track tonight to run laps (if you would have told my high school self that I’d one day voluntarily run on a track, I’d have laughed).
I did two miles and my right knee, ankle and shin were hurting so bad, I was limping for the last 0.5 mile (and even walking right now hurts like a birch).

Daily Weigh-Ins: A Monthly Review
STARTING JANUARY WEIGHT: 165

I caved this morning.
And thank goodness. Because I’ve been at work for a little over an hour and have already had to deal with five rude/dumb people. I would not have been nice to them if I was having caffeine withdrawals.

Finally!
I needed new running shoes, in fact I have for months and months. I figured I should get them while my training runs are still short so I can break them in.
CHECK OUT MAH NEW KICKS! I’m obsessed with them. Obviously because they’re hott pink.
And I shaved 6:44 [!!!] off of my last 5 miler time—back in September, the Friday before my half. WOO!!!

It's the most wonderful time of the year.
This morning: I will run.
At noon: I will go to my office’s Christmas lunch.
Then: I will stroll Peddler’s Village because it’s cute.
I will also, at some point today: Start Christmas shopping.
And tonight: I will be social and not a hermit, like I have been.
Motivation.
I want to be at 140 by my birthday.
That’s 15 lbs. FIFTEEN. Also known as a THREE POUND LOSS PER MONTH.
It SHOULDN’T BE THAT HARD.
And yet… I can’t seem to rediscover my motivation. I’ve been working out. I’ve been running. But. My eating’s been crap since Thanksgiving.
Wahh.
I need something new. Or, actually, I think I need to go back...

Things that happened in the last week and a half...
- Last Saturday, I made gnocchi mac & cheese. It was absolutely to. die. for. I 100% recommend making it & eating it & loving it.
- I got my bangs recut and I dyed my hair blue-black. I’m in love with it.
- I reactivated my Facebook last Monday. I went to unfriend M and found out that the girl he kept telling me was a friend is now his girlfriend, so that’s cute.

Thanksgiving long weekend recap
I give up on making titles that are interesting. I’m not witty at 1:30 AM.
So, Wednesday night, I made an angry post. Then, the next morning, I deleted it. I angry deleted M’s number on Thanksgiving. It feels good. And next time I see him, I’m gonna punch him in the face, break into his house and get mah shit back. The end.
